Coating types
1. Polyester coating (PE)
It has excellent weather resistance and decorative properties, suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.
2. Silicone-modified polyester coating (SMP)
It has high weather resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable for outdoor use.
3. Fluoropolymer coating (PVDF)
It has excellent weather resistance, corrosion resistance and self-cleaning properties, suitable for high-end buildings and industrial equipment.
4. Acrylic coating (AC)
It has good decorative properties and environmental friendliness, suitable for indoor use.
The main features of the pre painted galvanized steel board are as follows
- Good heat resistance. The melting point of aluminum is 660 degrees Celsius. Under normal circumstances, it is impossible to reach this temperature.
- Strong environmental friendliness and low susceptibility to color change. The treatment process adopts chrome-free solution; the roller-coated paint contains active chemical molecules, which promote the formation of a protective layer on the material surface. The active chemical molecules are stable and easy to recycle, meeting environmental protection requirements.
- Corrosion resistance: Due to the presence of a dense oxide film on its surface, the adhesion is strong, the oxidation resistance is excellent, it has strong resistance to acid and alkali, is resistant to corrosion, deterioration, and ultraviolet radiation.
- Uniform color, long-lasting quality. The color is uniform and fine, soft and bright, avoiding the occasional color difference in traditional spraying. Regardless of the size of the ceiling, the color remains consistent and bright and lasting.
- Combination of rigidity and flexibility, making the board surface extremely strong. The pre painted galvanized steel can be cut, split, bent, balanced, drilled, connected and fixed, and molded by edge pressing, etc.
