Production Process of Hot Rolled Steel Coil

① Initial stage: Use continuous casting or initial rolling billets as raw materials. Heat in a stepped furnace, then clean with high-pressure water before sending to the rough rolling mill. After rough rolling, trim the ends and transfer to the finishing mill for computer-controlled rolling.

② Forming: After final rolling, cool with computer-controlled laminar cooling and coil into straight coils, which may have shape and dimension defects.

③ Further processing: With an inner diameter of 760mm and heavy weight, on the finishing line, cut ends and edges, straighten, level, and then cut into plates or re-coil to get various products.

④ Optional: Acid-wash hot-rolled coils to remove oxide scale and coat with oil for hot-rolled acid-washed coils.
