As the name implsteel coils are based on galvanized sheet (with zinc coating), and PPGL is based on galvanized sheet, coated with 55% aluminum, 43.3% zinc, and 1.6% silicon.

3. Under the same weight, the aluminum-zinc coating covers 3% more space than the galvanized sheet.

4. PPGL has better corrosion resistance and heat resistance than PPGI.

• Finally, surface treatments such as embossing, printing, or lamination are applied according to customer requirements, and the product is slit and rolled into finished products.
