Organic-coated hot-dip galvanized sheet coil
A product obtained by coating an organic coating on a hot-dip galvanized sheet coil is called hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet. The organic coating on the surface not only protects the zinc but also provides insulation protection and anti-rust function. Its service life is longer than that of hot-dip galvanized sheet coil. The zinc content of hot-dip galvanized base sheet coil is generally 180g/㎡ (double-sided), while the zinc content of hot-dip galvanized base sheet for building exterior walls can reach up to 275g/㎡.
Aluminum-Zinc Heat-Plated Base Plate Rolls
Aluminum-Zinc heat-plated base plate rolls (55% Al-Zn), as a new type of coating base plate rolls, usually have an aluminum-zinc content of 150g/㎡ (double-sided). The corrosion resistance of heat-plated aluminum-zinc plates is 2-5 times that of hot-dip galvanized plates, and it will not undergo severe oxidation or produce oxide scale even at a temperature of up to 490℃. The ability to reflect heat and light is twice that of hot-dip galvanized steel plates, with a reflectivity greater than 0.75, making it an ideal building material for energy conservation.
Electro-galvanized base plate coil
The product obtained by coating an organic coating on the electro-galvanized plate coil and then baking it is electro-galvanized color-coated plate coil. Due to the thinner zinc layer of the electro-galvanized plate and the zinc content usually being 20/20g/㎡, this product is not suitable for outdoor productio,n such as walls and roofs. However, due to its beautiful appearance and excellent processing performance, color coated sheet coil is mainly applied in household appliances, audio equipment, steel furniture, interior decoration, etc.
