The structure of steel coil mainly includes the following parts:

Steel coil loading rack structure: This structure includes a mobile base, an electric telescopic rod and a two-way clamping mechanism. Two electric telescopic rods are installed on both sides of the upper end of the mobile base, and the telescopic parts of the telescopic rods are jointly installed with a top plate, and a two-way clamping mechanism is installed at the bottom of the top plate. This design can adjust the height of the stainless steel coil on demand after clamping under the action of the electric telescopic rod, meet the convenient feeding needs of stainless steel coils to processing equipment at different heights, and realize automatic clamping and fixing of both ends of the stainless steel coil through the two-way clamping mechanism, reducing the labor intensity.

 

Steel coil bracket: This structure includes a base frame, multiple limit blocks, guide rails and middle limit devices. Multiple middle limit devices are installed at intervals in the middle of the base frame, and two adjacent middle limit devices are respectively connected to a guide rail, and one end of the guide rail is connected to the inner wall of the base frame. At least one limit block can be slidably connected to each guide rail, and this design realizes a simple and convenient limit operation of the steel coil.

 

Steel coil spreader: mainly includes permanent magnet, cable drum and controller. Permanent magnet is the main body of steel coil spreader, with good rigidity and long service life. Cable drum is used to connect permanent magnet with power supply, and controller adopts advanced PLC electrical control circuit design, with intelligent and automatic protection functions.
