Production Process
1. Raw material preparation
Use cold-rolled or hot-rolled coil as the base material, clean it and remove surface oil and impurities.
2. Annealing treatment
Through the annealing process, improve the mechanical properties of the base material and prepare for galvanizing.
3. Hot-dip galvanizing
Immerse the base material in a molten zinc bath so that the zinc layer is evenly attached to the steel surface.
4. Cooling
The treated galvanized steel sheet is quickly cooled by cooling equipment to form a stable zinc layer.
5. Surface treatment
Passivation, oiling or coating treatment is performed to further improve the surface quality.
6. Edge cutting and coiling
After cutting the edge, the steel is rolled into a coil for easy storage and transportation.
