Due to the low deformation resistance of the rolled piece at high temperatures, large deformation can be easily achieved.
For example, in the rolling of steel plates, the thickness of continuous-cast billets is usually around 230mm. After rough rolling and precision rolling, their thickness can be reduced to 1-20mm. In addition, due to the small width to thickness ratio and relatively low dimensional accuracy requirements of steel plates, shape problems are less common, and the main need is to control convexity.
For steel plates that require specific organization, controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology are usually used, which precisely control the opening temperature, final rolling temperature, and curling temperature during precision rolling to achieve the goal of regulating the microstructure and mechanical properties of the strip steel.
Production process
The 5mm hot rolled carbon steel plate unit adopts the improved Sengemir annealing process, and the raw material is hot-rolled acid washed plate coil.
The production process flow is as follows:
Hot rolled pickled plate coil → uncoiling → cutting head and tail → welding → inlet sleeve → improved Sengemir horizontal annealing furnace → hot-dip galvanizing → post plating cooling → zinc layer thickness gauge → finishing and straightening → passivation treatment → inspection table → electrostatic oiling → coiling → weighing and packaging → finished product storage.
