Wide Flange H-Beams
H-beams are mainly made of carbon structural steel (such as Q235) and low-alloy high-strength steel (such as Q345, Q390, Q420). Some special purpose H-beams may use weather resistant steel (such as Q355NH) or stainless steel. The choice of material depends on the strength, corrosion resistance, and welding performance requirements of the usage scenario.

Wide Flange H-Beams
Wide flange H-beams are H-shaped structural steels suitable for load-bearing and bending applications such as building frames, bridge main beams, and factory supports.

- High-strength Material: Wide flange H-beams are made of carbon steel such as Q235, Q345, and Q390, or low-alloy steel, ensuring stable load-bearing capacity under high loads and reducing the risk of structural deformation.
- Good Welding and Machining Performance: Carbon steel and low-alloy steel have good weldability, allowing for easy cutting, drilling, and beveling.
- Corrosion Resistance: Q355NH weathering steel or a matching sandblasted + anti-corrosion coating can be selected. H-beams can be used for more than 15 years in outdoor humid environments.

Manufacturing of H-shaped steel
The manufacturing of H-beams typically involves processes such as smelting, casting, rolling, and cooling.
(1) Smelting: First, pig iron and scrap steel are mixed in a certain proportion and heated to a molten state.
Then, impurities and oxides are removed using methods such as vacuum deoxidation to improve the purity and quality of the steel.
(2) Casting: Molten steel is poured into an H-beam mold and cooled to solidify, forming an H-beam billet.
(3) Rolling: The billet is fed into a rolling mill for rolling. Through multiple passes of cold rolling, hot rolling, and drawing, the final H-beam cross-sectional shape and dimensions are produced.

Product application
H-beams can be used in building construction (as main structural components), bridge construction (bearing heavy loads), industrial facilities (load-bearing/enclosure), and infrastructure and energy projects (suitable for complex working conditions), ensuring structural stability and safety in various scenarios.

about us

Our main products include flat steel, serrated flat steel, I-beams, angle steel, channel steel, wire rod, steel pipes, sheet piles, square steel, steel strip, and H-beams, primarily exported to Southeast Asia, North Africa, and the Middle East, including countries such as South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Jordan, Dubai, and Kuwait.
Our company has imported advanced German equipment, achieving an annual production capacity of 730,000 tons, with an annual output of approximately 100,000 tons of various products. This will shorten your delivery time by 10-15 days and reduce costs by $3-5 per ton.
We have our own laboratory, professional testing equipment and team, and have obtained full ISO certification, ensuring product quality (raw material inspection, production process monitoring, appearance inspection, and finished product inspection). We will provide unique packaging free of charge, increasing cargo protection by 30%. Customized packaging is also available.
