Raw material preparation
Select steel billets that meet the standards as raw materials for pre-treatment.

Hot rolling forming
Heat the steel billet to a suitable temperature and use a rolling mill for hot rolling forming to obtain the required specifications of angle steel.

Cooling and straightening
Cool the hot-rolled angle steel and use a straightening machine to correct its shape, ensuring the straightness of the angle steel.

Surface treatment
Acid pickling, galvanizing, spraying and other surface treatments are carried out on angle steel as needed to enhance its corrosion resistance.

Inspection and packaging
Conduct quality inspection on angle steel, package and store it after passing the inspection, and prepare it for factory delivery.
