Angle bar mild steel representation methods are usually divided into three categories: material representation, shape representation and size table
The first category is material representation, which describes the composition of angle steel materials and the type of steel used. Common representation methods include Q235B, Q345B, A36 and SS400. Q235B, Q345B and A36 are carbon structural steels, among which Q235B is ordinary carbon structural steel, Q345B is medium-strength carbon structural steel, and A36 is extremely low carbon steel. SS400 is a low carbon steel among carbon structural steels.
The second type is the shape representation, which describes the shape of the angle steel. The most common ones are L-shaped and T-shaped angle steel. Among them, the 乚-shaped angle steel is a 乚-shaped steel with two sides connected, which is widely used in wall panels, deep groove steel beams, steel trusses, etc.; while the T-shaped angle steel is a right-angle triangle shape, which is often used for angle bars, etc.
The third type is the size representation, for example, L50x4 means that the height of the L-shaped angle steel is 50mm and the thickness of the angle steel is 4mm; and T30x5 means that the height of the T-shaped angle steel is 30mm and the thickness of the angle steel is 5mm.
