Production Process
Using hot-dip galvanized steel coils as the base material, the surface is first degreased and cleaned to remove oil stains, followed by two water rinses and passivation treatment to improve coating adhesion; then, an organic coating is applied, with PE/PVDF coatings applied to the front side and epoxy primer to the back side, followed by high-temperature baking and curing to form a protective film; subsequently, the coated steel plates are pressed into a corrugated shape using a rolling mill, with different specifications for low, medium, and high wave heights; finally, they are cut into lengths of 1-6 meters according to requirements, completing customized production.
