Steel Cold Rolled Coil

Steel cold rolled coil is a steel coil produced through the cold rolling process. Cold rolling mainly uses hot rolled coil plates as raw materials and rolls various profiles at room temperature. The cold rolling process requires pickling before continuous cold rolling to remove the surface oxide scale. However, due to the cold work hardening caused by continuous cold deformation of the steel plate, the strength and hardness of the rolled coil increase, while the elongation index decreases, and the cold stamping performance also deteriorates significantly. Therefore, it can only be used for simple deformation parts.

Raw Material Preparation

Use hot-rolled coil sheets as raw materials and remove the surface oxide scale through pickling.

Cold Rolling Forming

Through multiple passes of room-temperature rolling, further reduce the thickness of the hot-rolled coil to the required thickness.

Tempering Treatment

Through tempering process, eliminate the internal stress generated during cold rolling and improve the plasticity and toughness of the material.

Surface Treatment

Carry out polishing, passivation or coating treatment to improve the surface quality.

Cutting and Coiling

After cutting, coil the coil sheet into a coil shape for convenient storage and transportation.
