Can I order full hardness for flat parts? Yes, and for flat or single-bend parts it is economical. Just confirm the part never sees a second forming operation, because hardness that helps flatness will punish re-forming.

Does the coil need annealing before stamping? Standard grades are delivered in a condition suited to their declared application. If your stamping is aggressive, tell us the draw depth and we will specify the right temper, not sell you the nearest stock.

How is rust prevented in transit? Oiling and wrapped packing are standard for sea freight; dry containers with desiccant for long humid routes. Storage advice comes with every shipment.

What widths are available? Mill widths and slit widths both work. Send your blanking layout and slitting to program is usually cheaper than trimming full width at your shop.
