Production process
1. Processing preparation
Firstly, it is necessary to cut, level, and remove rust residue from the already produced steel plates to ensure the quality of subsequent cold rolling processing.
2. Acid washing
The cut steel plate will enter the acid washing equipment to remove iron filings, rust slag, etc. through acid washing, making the surface of the steel plate smoother and smoother.
3. Cold rolling
After pickling, the steel plate will be sent to a cold rolling mill for multi-stage rolling, including pre-cooling, rough rolling, intermediate rolling, precision rolling, etc., to achieve the required thickness and accuracy.
4. Annealing
During the cold rolling process, steel plates will generate significant stress and strain, so annealing treatment is needed to reduce stress and improve physical properties.
5. Galvanizing or spraying
In order to enhance the durability and rust resistance of SPCC cold rolled steel sheet in coil, they are usually treated with anti-corrosion treatments such as galvanizing or spraying.
