High Surface Quality
The carbon mild steel sheet cold rolled coil is processed using continuous cold rolling and annealing, resulting in a smooth, scale-free surface with uniform roughness, suitable for direct spraying and electroplating.

Excellent Formability
The low carbon content (C≈0.12% or less) allows for an elongation of 28–34%, preventing cracking during bending and making it suitable for deep-drawn parts.

High Material Stability
Made of Q195/Q235 low-carbon steel, the uniform microstructure and good ductility allow it to maintain stable performance under continuous stamping conditions, reducing the risk of cracking.
