Galvanized steel is to prevent the steel plate surface from corrosion to extend its service life, in the steel plate surface coated with a layer of metal zinc, the zinc coated steel plate are called galvanized sheet. According to the production and processing methods can be divided into the following categories:

(1) Hot dip galvanized steel. At present mainly adopts continuous galvanizing process, namely the continuous roll of steel plate in the melt zinc plating tank made of galvanized steel sheet;

(2) The alloying of galvanized steel. This kind of steel plate is made by hot dip method, but after the slot, immediately heated to a temperature of about 500 ℃, it make the generation of zinc and iron alloy membrane.

(3) Electric galvanized steel. But the coating is thinner,the corrosion resistance and the method of hot dip galvanized sheet

(4) The single side and double difference galvanized steel plating. Material in the antirust processing, welding, painting, machining, etc., two-sided galvanized sheet better adaptability.

(5) Alloy and composite galvanized steel. It is made from zinc and other metals such as aluminum, lead, zinc alloy and composite plating of steel plate.
